I have been treated by Peter for 4 years for a back injury and try to see him every 5/6 weeks for a deep tissue massage and when needed acupuncture for various headaches and stress.
I cannot recommend him highly enough due to his professionalism, knowledge and understanding of the human body and his friendliness making him very approachable.

highly recommended. Had a sports massage for awful back pain during covid times, a present from my wife. good ppe precautions put me at ease. massage was just the right mix of pressure and relaxation, and peter took time to check it was doing the job. ambience decent with some music, nice oil, and the room was good and clean. a nice experience. thanks peter!

I am a runner and cyclist in my mid 50’s and have been having regular massage with Peter for the past 5 years. He is very good at listening to where you have aching and injured parts and getting rid of those nasty knots through massage or dry needling. He is also able to advice on basic stretching and strengthening and will liaise with the Physios in Therap - ease so that you get a holistic approach to your treatment. He is also very personable and easy to talk to while he inflicts ‘good pain’. Looking forward to when he can operate again.

I started seeing peter many years ago for my back, due to my job I had a lot of back troubles. I see Peter once a month and it keeps things under control and don't have as much backache, I have deep soft tissue massage and some acupuncture/needling for my migraine which has helped a lot. I used to have migraines 3 or 4 times a week but now maybe get 1 or none every month. Peter is very friendly and professional and would not go anywhere else. Peter is very good at what he does and would highly recommend him.

In my late sixties, I am committed to my physical fitness, walking a minimum of 25 miles per week, regular strength training and stretching. When I experience injury or pain which impacts on my fitness I look for an experienced professional who can help me resolve the problem . Peter was recommended to me by a physiotherapist when I had severe shoulder and neck tension. I have also been to him with back and sciatic pain. Right from the outset I was impressed with his knowledge of musculoskeletal problems and their probable causes and his ability to ask questions to reach a diagnosis. He always explains what and where he thinks the problem lies before starting the massage session.
He uses deep tissue massage techniques to break down knots, relieve tension and alleviate pain. At the end of every session he recommends specific exercises to prevent and manage any ongoing or future problems. I always come away from him with my body feeling relieved of tension, energised and generally uplifted. He is a very experienced, gifted massage therapist .

I started seeing Peter after a shoulder injury that just wouldn't get better. His knowledge and skills have made my life so much better. With massage, pressure points and needling I have regained more mobility than I belived possible. I am a bit of a wreck with dodgy knees and legs as well and he has worked wonders on them too. To top it off he is a really nice guy as well with a great balance of professionalism and friendliness.

I have been seeing Peter for several years now and can't recommend him highly enough. He is incredibly professional, and is continually expanding his knowledge to give better and better massage. I have received sports and deep tissue massage from Peter, and he is the only person who has ever convinced me to try needles, which completely solved the problem (as he said it would.) His understanding of how bodies work and how injuries affect us physically and emotionally is second to none.

I started seeing Peter for therapy 5 years ago. I suffer from back pain and I decided to see a therapist regularly. I now see Peter every two weeks for a deep tissue therapy and occasionally needling and hot stones.

In short, Peter is amazing and I highly recommend him.

Peter is very knowledgeable, patient and always tries to identify and suggest new techniques that will improve outcome. Even when pain is weird and does not go away with deep tissue work, needling works wonder. Peter always tries to update his technique, and the environment he works in for the comfort of the patient and most critically is always observant of health and safety regulations.

The latter has been important during covid-19 times, and makes me comfortable actually continuing to be seeing Peter during covid-19 (when therapy is allowed.)

Peter is an excellent massage therapist who listens to his clients and provides individualised treatments. Peter offers a range of different types of massage including sports rehab, he helped me recover from a niggly muscle injury that I picked up from playing football that I couldn't shake off, he offered so much advice on my after treatment too.
His courses are suitable for everyone young or old, as each massage is tailored to what you need/want.

I can't highly recommend him enough.
